Please read these terms very carefully as they form a binding Agreement between you and MatterDigital regarding the use of our services and website. At the beginning of each Section, you'll find a short summary to help you navigate the document. Note that these summaries do not replace or represent the full text. If you use our Services only for your personal use, you are considered a "User". If you use our Services to execute orders or deliver Products to third parties (including Customers), you are considered a "Merchant".

REGARDLESS IF YOU ARE A USER OR MERCHANT, THIS AGREEMENT REQUIRES THAT ALL DISPUTES (AS DEFINED BELOW) ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT BE RESOLVED BY ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, RATHER THAN BY JURY TRIAL OR CLASS ACTIONS, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE. IF YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE IS IN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA OR THE UNITED KINGDOM THIS APPLIES TO ANY ACTION YOU MAY WANT TO BRING AGAINST MatterDigital IN THE UNITED STATES.

We don't provide any stolen goods or unsafe services.

All our services are delivered through a VERIFIED PROXY PANEL and some are provided through INTERNATIONAL AGENTS.

WE ONLY REFUND IF WE COULD NOT PROVIDE THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE WITHIN 48 HOURS.

We remain the right to refuse to deal with anyone without disclosing the reason.

We will never reclaim (or remove) any products or services given.

Our services are safe and reliable and rarely cause Bans or suspensions. However, we are NOT responsible for any bans or anything of the similar impact that happens to your account after my services are complete YOUR account is YOUR responsibility.

REMEMBER TO OPEN YOUR TICKET AFTER COMPLETING A PURCHASE IF YOU REQUIRE ASSISTANCE.
